CeeDee Lamb Have Sign a 3 Years Contract With Pittsburgh Steelers in Exchange For By acquiring Justin Fields this summer and signing seasoned quarterback Russell Wilson, the Pittsburgh Steelers placed all of their chips in the middle of the table at quarterback. They also have the potential to make a huge play at wide out to add another weapon to their arsenal.
Although it is unclear exactly how head coach Mike Tomlin and the Steelers will use their two new quarterbacks this autumn, they have the financial means to add a significant weapon to their roster prior to the 2024 season commencing.

Steelers News: PIT Signs Potential Starting Slot CB, Cam Heyward Returns + Trade For CeeDee Lamb?

The playmaking wide receiver with 32 career touchdowns, CeeDee Lamb, is a free agent whose contract negotiations with the Dallas Cowboys have stagnated this summer. The Pittsburgh Steelers would be a great fit to make a big move for him.

Could the Pittsburgh Steelers Trade CeeDee Lamb, a wide receiver for the Cowboys?
Though it’s unclear if the Cowboys will actually trade Lamb—possibly the team’s most exciting offensive playmaker—the Steelers have the assets to make a deal that would be difficult to reject.
The Steelers offering the Cowboys a second-round selection and wide receiver George Pickens in return for Lamb is one of the “cannot refuse” bombshell trade offers that Bleacher Report’s Brad Gagnon compiled.

Gagnon writes for B/R, “because Pickens is coming off a 1,000-yard sophomore season.” “This would be a little more akin to a player-for-player agreement, with Pittsburgh making every effort to help Dallas save money and get some draft capital Make this right.

“Given that the Steelers are in better cap shape than the Cowboys, this move makes a lot of sense.”
Pickens is younger than Lamb, and more crucially, he is still on his far more modest rookie contract, which might make it impossible to turn down this offer, as Gagnon explains.

By moving Lamb to the Steelers, the NFC would lose its premier wide receiver, and Pickens would become a reliable but still developing receiver that the team could continue to develop.

In his first two seasons, Pickens has caught 115 receptions for 1,941 yards and nine touchdowns, despite his quarterback play being highly variable. This might be a blockbuster move if the Cowboys think Pickens has a lot more upside from here with Dak Prescott at quarterback.
