Kyler Murray,  send a message that Arizona should pay $95 million before returning. We’re back. For at least a week.

Jess returned from her travels, and we sat down to discuss what’s going on with the Arizona Cardinals. The answer is not much, but it doesn’t imply there isn’t plenty to talk about. We began by discussing Kyler Murray, and then moved on to the offense and how it will look and evolve in 2024.

The Arizona Cardinals have made a determined effort to improve the wide receiver and tight end room. They have done so, but according to PFF, they still need to improve since they rank outside of the top 20 in the NFL.

Arizona Cardinals The Cardinals selected Marvin Harrison Jr. as their WR1, addressing a critical need and improving the outlook for the remainder of the team. In 2023, tight end Trey McBride led the team with an 80.5 receiving grade, and any increase in performance from wide receivers Greg Dortch and Michael Wilson, as well as running back James Conner, would make this a reasonably strong squad. I believe we understand there is still work to be done when Marvin Harrison Jr. is their top player entering the season at the position.

I’m curious if they’re underselling Trey McBride or if they want to see him do it two years in a row. Where would you rate the Arizona Cardinals’ wide receiver room?
